Absolutely no business takes place on Sunday and Monday. If you have questions outside of business hours please refer to faq to see if your question has been answered.

PLEASE READ SALON POLICIES AND SERVICE DETAILS PRIOR TO BOOKING:

DEPOSITS

• A $25-$50 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to book. At this time a $2 processing fee will also be applied. The $25-$50 deposit goes towards your service.
• Deposits can roll over once (if rescheduled in time) up to one month (30 days) after original date. Thereafter, deposit is void and a new deposit will be required.

SCHEDULING

• Calendar opens on the 15th of each month. Sign up for text notifications to be notified when it opens.
• Be sure to read the description of the service prior to booking to ensure you are scheduling the correct service. If you are unsure please contact me and I will be happy to assist.
• All services must be scheduled, or they will not be rendered.
• Services are rendered for those aged 18 years and older.

ARRIVAL (ALL CLIENTS)

• Due to space limitations, let me know you've arrived and relax in the waiting area.
• No additional guest are permitted under any circumstances.

ARRIVAL TIME

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment is subject to cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. Please be on time so I can comb your hair.

PAYMENTS

• Cash, debit and credit cards (3.1% convenience fee), Apple Pay, and Zelle are the ONLY forms of payment accepted.
